How does Promptr work?
Promptr CRM for Law Firms is an add-in for Microsoft Outlook, backed up by experienced CRM professionals.
When loaded, you see an information bar which can be turned on or off as you prefer. Promptr gives you instant knowledge about the contact in Outlook. Once your contacts are added into the system (where they have email addresses), it will track who is emailing and meeting your contacts and how often. This will help you see which of your contacts are engaged. You don’t need email addresses for all contacts, you can still log and track business development activity with them.
Promptr is a fully manged service, so we monitor activity, train users, manage data and provide reports on activity for you. You won’t have to lift a finger to run this BD and CRM system.
