Like making sure data is in tip-top condition?
Because we fully manage our client’s CRM systems for them, one part of this is managing our client’s data as part of this – from data integrity to enhancement. Nobody ever thinks about data – until they need to use it. So, with our system, they don’t have to update and manage it if they don’t want to, we’ll do it for them. Like the idea of the never ending story of data integrity? Like to see neat and tidy data? Got a bit of “I’m happy doing the same sort of task day in day out”?
Like to make sure projects go smoothly and all the cogs are turning?
Because we fully manage our client’s CRM systems for them, one part of this is managing our different people and teams so they are all working together and nothing gets missed off. Maybe this is client facing or internal.
Like to spend all your days speaking to people?
Because we fully manage our client’s CRM systems for them, we deal with our clients all the time. This would suit someone happy to speak with Lawyers, PAs / Secretaries, or Marketing / Business Development types. This could be speaking with potential clients who are interested in what we can do for them, or existing clients, who just need a bit of hand-holding to make things go smoothly for them.
Like HR-type issues?
Not really interested in projects, external relations and things like that. But just want to help people progress, work in teams, make sure anyone sick is okay and has their job covered, or even make sure everyone gets paid in time for Christmas, this is for you. We’re a small team, so unlikely a full-time role, but a role nonetheless..
Like the idea of running better eMailshots for clients?
Because we fully manage our client’s CRM systems for them, we send eNewsletters, alerts, updates, breaking news and event invites for our clients too. Does getting a few percent higher click rates to newsletters or event invites really make your day? Are you the type of person that would get great satisfaction from showing our clients who has been clicking on their updates?
